Our Rates:

Please call our office to inquire about our cash pay rate. Many people opt to pay for counseling services directly out of pocket. One advantage to this is having more control over your records such as only having to retain the minimum information required by law. For some, the choice is knowing your mental health information is not being shared with insurance companies and remains between your therapist and yourself.

We Accept:

Payments in the form of cash, check, HSA/FSA, or any major credit cards.

Insurances Accepted:

Insurance Options:

Coverage varies greatly, but services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your HMO or health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

Does my insurance benefit include mental health services?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Will I be required to pay a copay?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?

  • What is my deductible?

  • Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
